About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Gardener to join our client's team in Nailsea and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to showcase their skills and contribute to the growth of our client's business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake a variety of gardening tasks, including border maintenance, hedge cutting, and tree pruning.
• Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences, ensuring that all work meets their expectations.
• Manage own time and workload effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Gardener, preferably with a background in horticulture or landscaping.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building relationships with clients.
• Possession of a vehicle and tools, suitable for the job requirements.

Salary: £18/hour (starting rate) with potential for increase to £20/hour or more in year 2, based on performance and experience.
