Master Roofer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Roofer to join our Property Services Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring our properties are maintained to the highest standard.

• Carry out roof repairs and maintenance across a variety of roof types, including slate or concrete tile repair, ridge/verge repair, lead work, gutter work, and flat roof repairs or replacement.
• Perform first-time fixes to complete tasks efficiently during the first visit.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, especially when working at heights.

• Demonstrable competence in roofing with experience in customer-focused environments, meeting performance targets.
• Ability to lift weights and carry out physical tasks in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines.
• Full, clean UK Driving Licence.
