Confident Communicators Programme Manager
Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to lead the 'Confident Communicators' an innovative therapy-led programme for children at SEN support level aged 4 to 6 years old. As a key member of our Inclusion service, you will be responsible for managing the programme and ensuring that it delivers high-quality support to children and families.

Main Responsibilities
• Managing the 'Confident Communicators Programme' to ensure seamless delivery of therapy lead interventions to children at SEN support level aged 4 to 6 years old
• Collaborating with professionals to design and implement bespoke training packages to meet individual schools needs
• Maintaining detailed records of work and interventions to evidence impact on pupil progress
