Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

Location: Central London & Hybrid Working

Estimated Salary Range: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

Overview:

Cherry Pick People is a growing developer seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer care or customer service within the property, housing, or construction industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Measure customer satisfaction and improve service quality
  • Communicate effectively with customers through various channels
  • Enhance customer service procedures, policies, and standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify improvements to customer service
  • Promote proactive streamlining of operations and suggest enhancements to customer service
Key Functions:
  • Manage a portfolio of developments
  • Monitor reported defects and respond to customer queries within 48 hours
  • Screen, assess, and direct property defect enquiries
  • Maintain timely resolutions for remediation works and keep customers informed
  • Investigate and solve customer problems before escalation
  • Attend site visits when necessary to address ongoing issues
  • Identify compensation policies and issue compensation where appropriate
  • Establish accurate records of historical defects or recurring issues
  • Create an expenditure tracker and report major items to the Head of Customer Experience
