We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the individuals we support, helping them to gain independence and confidence in their daily lives.
Oak Lodge is a service that provides support to 6 males with mild learning disabilities, enabling them to access the local community, work placements, and develop daily living skills within their own home in a shared housing scheme.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others. As a Support Worker, you will work collaboratively with our team to provide person-centered support, promoting the independence and well-being of our service users.
