About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Teacher to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. As a Supply Teacher, you will be working with a number of Primary Schools in the North Somerset area, delivering pre-planned lessons to students in EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students in EYFS, KS1, and KS2
  • Work collaboratively with Class Teachers to ensure a smooth transition of lessons
  • Assess student progress and communicate with Class Teachers to inform future lesson planning
  • Provide guidance and support to Teaching Assistants to ensure individual student needs are met
  • Adapt lessons to meet the needs of all students, including those with special educational needs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience of working with students in EYFS, KS1, and KS2
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in your approach to teaching
