Job Purpose

Keoghs is seeking a highly skilled Fraud Intelligence Officer to join our Intelligence Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing claims files, identifying relevant intelligence evidence, and providing reports and information to clients and file handlers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing claims files and providing reports and information to clients and file handlers.
  • Using desktop systems and analytical techniques to research and locate relevant information.
  • Compiling reports/profiles on individuals and groups involved in suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Preparing witness evidence and statements to adduce the results of analysis in court proceedings.
  • Utilizing IT software applications to produce proactive intelligence reports.
  • Delivering structured and detailed briefings to lawyers and clients on key facts relating to specific investigations.
  • Preparing reports detailing intelligence-led fraud risk assessments.
  • Mentoring trainee analysts on an informal basis.
Requirements
  • Understanding of the legal framework within which intelligence can be disclosed.
  • Drafting comprehensive and professional reports summarizing key issues.
  • Basic level of commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under own initiative and demonstrate innovative thinking.
Working Arrangements

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with 1 unpaid hour for lunch. Primary location for this role is Parklands, Bolton Office. We are agile workers, currently working from home with attendance at the office at least 1 day per week.
