Electrical Design Lead

We are currently recruiting for a Principal Electrical Engineer who will lead the electrical design team in delivering high-quality engineering solutions for our clients in the Nuclear sector. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role and will be able to provide technical leadership and direction to the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the electrical design team in delivering engineering solutions that meet the client's requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and direction to the team to ensure that designs are delivered on time and to budget.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure that the overall design meets the client's requirements.
  • Ensure that all designs are compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with the design process.

Requirements

  • Chartered Engineer or equivalent.
  • Several years' experience working in design engineering.
  • Experience working in the Nuclear sector.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
