About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students with special educational needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to students with SEN, promoting their academic and personal growth.
  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons, ensuring students with SEN receive the necessary accommodations.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Participate in team meetings and training programs to stay updated on best practices and strategies for supporting students with SEN.
  • Contribute to the development of individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior support plans.
