Job Summary
The McPin Foundation is seeking a highly experienced Senior Peer Researcher and Involvement Officer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading on writing reports, papers, and small tenders, as well as supporting other people with lived experience and facilitating research involvement groups.

- Well-developed research skills.
- Ability to develop further and take on leadership roles.

- Experience working with adults and young people with lived experience of mental health issues.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £34,474 per annum FTE, as well as a range of benefits including a hybrid/flexible working arrangement, a NEST Pension scheme with 6% employer contribution, and access to an Employee Assistance Programme.
