Sales Assistant

About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team at Card Factory, a leading specialist retailer of greeting cards, dressings, and gifts. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Process sales efficiently and accurately, upselling on till products where possible
- Price and merchandise stock and products correctly
- Work with the team to unload and unpack deliveries
- Assist with stock takes, which may include working outside the store's normal opening hours
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment. Retail experience is not necessary, but a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential.
