We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our Housekeeping team as a Room Attendant. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and servicing guest rooms according to established standards and procedures, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, and removing rubbish.
  • Handling and storing chemicals in line with hotel regulations and company policies.
  • Greeting and acknowledging guests wherever possible to deliver a great customer experience.
  • Notifying your Supervisor when service is complete so rooms may be sold or occupied.
  • Reporting any guest requests or room maintenance requirements immediately.
  • Responding to guest complaints, special requests, and taking action to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Monitoring and controlling supplies and amenities, and minimising waste within all areas of housekeeping.
