Job Title: Maintenance Specialist

We are recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team at art'otel London Hoxton. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's maintenance and engineering services.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to work in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent service to our guests while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain all equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and extend lifespan
  • Carry out routine spot checks of equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operations
  • Work closely with the Chief Engineer to ensure departmental objectives are met within agreed time frames
Requirements:
  • Availability to cover nights as we offer 24-hour maintenance
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
