We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team at Ambit. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality design solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the design team in developing project concepts and designs.
  • Produce design tender documents, including design analysis, look and feel, finishes palettes and specifications.
  • Present and pitch design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits, surveys, client meetings and design team meetings.
  • Review and approve sub-contractor designs.
  • Deliver end-of-project deliverables, including snagging and as-built drawings.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Interior Architecture and Design or Architecture.
  • 3-6 years of experience in the industry.
  • Previous experience in construction and fit-out projects.
  • Strong software skills, including AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Procore.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
