Marketing Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to join our team at Options Resourcing Limited. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of our marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the organization of marketing events, including setup and attendance.
  • Monitor and support membership opportunities from professional associations and networks.
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials, including handouts and presentations.
  • Liaise with external suppliers, including web and design agencies.
  • Manage social media accounts to maximize engagement and create content.
  • Support other digital marketing activities as required.
  • Design and send email marketing campaigns and maintain mailing lists.
  • Help maintain and update the firm's website.
  • Produce monthly marketing reports and statistics.
Requirements:
  • A solid education background, ideally with a relevant marketing qualification.
  • Good level of commercial knowledge.
  • Previous experience within the legal sector is beneficial but not essential.
  • A proven mix of marketing tools, including digital skills and experience with PPC and SEO.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite and design software.
  • Good technical skills to navigate IT systems and interpret data.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
