We are seeking a visionary Senior Continuous Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence at a major food manufacturing site. As a key member of our senior management team, you will spearhead impactful projects to elevate performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prioritize continuous improvement projects that drive real change.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of collaboration and engagement.
  • Analyze data to inform performance improvements and optimize OEE.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement efficient processes and address daily challenges.
  • Develop and implement process maps to unlock further efficiencies and streamline operations.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in Continuous Improvement or Factory Management, ideally within the food industry or FMCG.

  • Proven track record in driving collaborative cultures and engaging stakeholders.
  • Project management expertise with a proactive, action-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
