Our client, a forward-thinking organization, is seeking an experienced IT professional to lead their data management team. As the de-facto IT Manager, you will oversee a Helpdesk staff and be responsible for managing their company's infrastructure and data systems. With a focus on data-driven decision making, this role involves working closely with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and implementing projects that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of data systems and infrastructure.
  • Oversee the upgrade of the SAP system within the next 12 months.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Manage a team of Helpdesk staff and provide guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of data systems and infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
