A highly motivated and dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistant is sought by our team at a very well-respected school in Hillingdon, London.

Job Overview:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring teacher to gain valuable experience and understanding of the career. The role involves working alongside the class teacher to provide support and planning, delivering, and monitoring work to meet the needs of the class.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a passion for teaching and learning. You will take ownership of some planning, marking, and assessing throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and planning to the class teacher
  • Deliver and monitor work to meet the needs of the class
  • Take your own intervention groups
  • Observe other teachers across the school in different year groups
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary: £90-120 per day, inclusive of holiday pay at 12%
