Support a Child with Complex Health Needs in Their Family Home

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Rainham, supporting a young client with complex health needs in their family home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to the young client
  • Administer medication and manage clinical equipment
  • Assist with daily living tasks and promote independence
  • Work collaboratively with the family and healthcare team to ensure the client's needs are met
