BioTalent is looking for a highly experienced Director of Biopharmaceutical Research to join our team. Based in the UK, Netherlands or Switzerland, this role comes with a salary of £160,000 - £190,000 per annum.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biopharmaceutical research, with expertise in clinical pharmacology, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamics (PD). They will be responsible for developing and implementing research strategies, managing projects, and communicating results to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing research strategies to advance biopharmaceutical knowledge.
  • Managing research projects from start to finish, including study design, data collection, and analysis.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Communicating research results to stakeholders and contributing to regulatory submissions.

Qualifications include:

  • A PhD in a relevant field with significant experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
  • Expertise in biopharmaceutical research, with a deep understanding of clinical pharmacology, PK/PD, and clinical data interpretation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
