Job DescriptionAs an Adult Social Worker with iPeople Solutions, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, providing support and guidance to individuals and their families, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Care Act assessments to identify needs and develop personalized plans
- MCA assessments to ensure individuals' rights and interests are protected
- CHC care work to provide comprehensive support and coordination
