RGS Global seeks a skilled Technical Operations Coordinator to support our client's production and procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in engineering or manufacturing, with the ability to review bills of materials (BOMs) and create technical instructions for production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret drawings and BOMs to produce clear, accurate production instructions
  • Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes
  • Update records with changes and ensure all documents are current

Production Support:

  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure smooth transfer of technical information to production teams
  • Provide assistance to ensure correct implementation of instructions and specifications

Procurement & Buying:

  • Support sourcing and purchase of components required for production
  • Manage supplier relationships and track timely delivery of materials

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain and update technical databases and documentation
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare reports and data analysis for management when required

The successful candidate will have previous experience as an administrator in a similar role within a manufacturing or engineering environment. Excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments are also required.

Estimated salary is £25,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.
