Annual Salary: £35,000 - £50,000

Overview of the Job

We're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic MFL educator to join our team of dedicated teachers. As a key member of the school's faculty, you'll have the opportunity to inspire students to develop a love for languages and culture.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in teaching French, Spanish, or German and be able to create engaging lessons that cater to different learning styles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality lessons in French, Spanish, or German.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages communication and collaboration.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic and personal growth.
  • Participate in language-related extracurricular activities and contribute to the wider school community.
Requirements:
  • A relevant degree in Modern Foreign Languages or a related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience in teaching French, Spanish, and German at the secondary school level.
  • Strong communication skills in all three languages.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to stay current with educational best practices.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the update service.
