Production Manager Job Description

At Pure Staff Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our production plan, ensuring that all production line team members are working safely and efficiently, and maintaining product quality at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective production plans to meet business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of production line staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are working safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor and control company standards, ensuring that all production activities are in line with our S (Safety) Q (Quality) P (People) D (Delivery) C (Cost) model.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement, using data analysis and Lean tools and methodologies to reduce waste and costs.
  • Ensure that the site is audit-ready at all times, managing GMP and product quality.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a production management role, with a strong understanding of production planning and control.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
  • Clear understanding of English, spoken and written.
