High-Performance Mechanic Role

We are seeking a highly skilled High-Performance Mechanic to join our team at Igloo's Preparation Centre. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a deep understanding of vehicle repair, diagnostics, and EV systems.
About the Role:
This is a permanent position with a competitive salary of £40,000 - £42,500 per annum, plus bonus and uncapped overtime opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting and repairing vehicles to manufacturer standards, ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough inspections and repairs of vehicles to manufacturer standards
* Efficiently manage workshop equipment and request necessary parts
* Monitor work progress, resolve issues, and advise on optimal repair methods
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Master Technician or equivalent
* Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
* Ability to work under pressure and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets
