Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Home Care Assistant. As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
About the Role:As a Home Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and companionship. You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, and provide tailored support to enhance their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Manage medication and provide support with medication administration
- Provide companionship and social interaction to clients
- Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and preferences
- Provide tailored support to enhance clients' quality of life
- Valid full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends
- No uniforms required
- Introduction to clients before starting support
- Shadowing and support for first visits with new clients
- Competitive rates of pay starting at £11.75 per hour
