Warehouse Manager Co. Tyrone – Cookstown Salary – £35,000 to £40,000 per annum

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading supplier as their Warehouse Manager on a permanent full-time basis.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring all operations are conducted efficiently and in accordance with industry standards.
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of processes for receiving, storage, order fulfilment, shipping, and returns.
  • Monitor stock levels and manage replenishment to meet customer demand.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance productivity, reduce costs, minimize errors, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Lead, train, and develop a team of warehouse staff.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, providing regular feedback to senior management on operational performance.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
About You

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager with previous experience in similar roles and team management. As a successful candidate, you will possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
