Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic thinker to lead the success and growth of one of our most significant client accounts globally. As the Head of Global Client, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to grow the key client account across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to grow the key client account across multiple regions.
  • Foster a high-performance culture by providing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the key client account, owning the most important client relationships personally.
  • Deliver high-quality, profitable proposals/solutions that address client needs and drive business growth.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, with an expectation of extensive travel and regular face-to-face contact.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the key client account.
  • Drive the complete sales process, from prospecting and impactful pitches to contract negotiation and deal closures.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and value to the key client account.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for the team, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in senior client leadership, managing and growing key accounts.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Experience in cultivating long-term client relationships.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute long-term strategies for account growth.
