Job Summary:
As a Senior Client Executive, you will be responsible for building and growing sales in your region, working closely with the Regional Business Development Director to find new clients and expand current revenue. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and delivering on your specific Sales Plan to help meet overall company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and pursue new business leads and prospective clients
- Deliver presentations, proposals, and quotes (in partnership with Service Delivery)
- Maintain knowledge of current market conditions and update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations
Requirements:
- 6+ years of highly successful commercial/enterprise technology sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of consistent over-achievement against assigned quota
- 3+ years working with ServiceNow
- Experience working with large Service Integrators
- Experience with both short cycle (2 months) and long cycle (6 months) sales
- Prior experience in a start-up environment is not required but will be weighed positively
- ITIL or Any ServiceNow Certifications a plus
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred or Equivalent Experience
- Planning and organizational skills
- Effective customer relationships
