We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Maintenance Assistant / Equipment Cleaner. In this role, you will clean and refurbish equipment issued to people in the community, designed to assist them in living safely and independently in their own homes.
You will play a vital part in maintaining our high levels of service and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and refurbish a variety of equipment designed to support people's independence.
Perform continuous physical tasks, including lifting and carrying equipment.
Carry out basic DIY tasks to ensure equipment is in good working order.
Operate a computer, mobile device, or scanner to track and manage inventory.
Adhere to all cleaning and safety protocols to maintain a hygienic environment.
Requirements:
Enthusiasm for physical work involving lifting and carrying.
Experience in cleaning duties and a keen understanding of cleanliness standards.
Ability to operate a computer and mobile device/scanner.
Basic DIY skills for minor repairs and equipment maintenance.
