Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Training and Development Mentor to join our team at First Intuition. As a hybrid role, you will work from home and in-centre, providing a unique opportunity for personal and professional growth.

Your key responsibilities will include supporting a caseload of L3/4/7 accountancy apprentices, guiding their development through regular review meetings, and monitoring their progression to ensure they reach their highest potential.

You will also have the opportunity to work with a range of clients, develop your skills in areas such as coaching and mentoring, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our training programs.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave, flexible working arrangements, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to inspire and motivate others, and possess strong organizational and time management skills.
