About the Role

Hunter Gatherer Mental Health is seeking a dedicated and professional Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join their team in Greater Manchester. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess mental health and risk, manage crises, and de-escalate challenging behaviors.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapies and manage challenging behaviors.
  • Build trust and therapeutic relationships with patients and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent outcomes.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Current and valid registration with the NMC.
  • Proven experience within a RMN recovery role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
