Job Title: Grounds Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Grounds Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our Grade II* listed parkland, woodland gardens, and other areas of the Estate.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the work of the Grounds Team to ensure excellent presentation and effective management of the Estate's grounds.
  • Maintain waterways throughout the estate and ensure the upkeep of grassed areas.
  • Improve habitats to support flora and fauna, and ensure all work is carried out safely and proactively.
  • Provide strong support to Events and Operations work programmes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in grounds maintenance and management.
  • Ability to lead and supervise a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety protocols.
