We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Planner to join our team and contribute to the success of exciting projects in the construction industry.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing Level 2 programmes in Primavera on behalf of the Client, working alongside other Client planners and across a varied portfolio of works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review programme elements of scope documents as part of procurement.
  • Interface with the supply chain to review programmes in accordance with NEC4 requirements.
  • Update progress in the Level 2 from supply chain and client project teams and review forecasting for remaining works.
  • Manage programme interfaces between different projects and suppliers.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of various forms of tender documents, contract documents, and specifications.

They will also need to demonstrate substantial experience of planning services in medium to large-sized projects within the construction industry and regulated industries.

Additionally, they will require excellent Primavera (P6) knowledge and good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Security Clearance

The successful candidate will need to have, or be eligible for, SC clearance.

Location

This position is hybrid with time spent in Glasgow at the Client's office.
