About the Role
">We are seeking a highly skilled Early Years Practitioner to join our Bright Horizons Acorns Sunbury nursery team. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 or above Early Years qualification and previous experience working with children. You will be passionate about creating engaging activities tailored to each child's needs and developing strong relationships with parents and colleagues.

- Plan and implement engaging activities for children, promoting their development towards key milestones">
- Develop and maintain strong parent/carer partnerships">
- Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health, and safety, as well as safeguarding">
- Contribute to maintaining a positive, happy, and safe environment within the nursery">
Requirements
">- ">
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification">
- Previous experience working with children (ideally in a similar role)">
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child">
- Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents">
- Strong communication skills and knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements">
