Responsibilities:
- Servicing fire and security systems, including intruder alarms, access control, CCTV, and fire alarm systems (both addressable and conventional panels)
- Maintenance of fire and security systems
- Fault finding on CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, and fire alarm systems
- Effective communication with customers and colleagues
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding on CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, and fire alarm systems
- Product knowledge of intrusion systems (Texecom, Scantronic, Menvier, Risco), access control systems (Paxton, PACC), CCTV systems (Hikvision, Bosch, Dahua), and fire systems (Notifier, Gent, Advanced Morely, C-Tec, Protec)
- Full UK driving license (clean license desired)
- Ability to pass security screening
