About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team at SimX Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe working practices across our multiple sites.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of our comprehensive risk management and loss prevention programs
- Work closely with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
- Provide training and support to staff to ensure they are equipped to carry out their duties safely
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- IOSH managing safety and NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Health and Safety legislation
- FMCG experience, preferably in food manufacturing
Benefits:
