About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team at SimX Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe working practices across our multiple sites.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and implementation of our comprehensive risk management and loss prevention programs
  2. Work closely with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation
  3. Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
  4. Provide training and support to staff to ensure they are equipped to carry out their duties safely

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • IOSH managing safety and NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in Health and Safety legislation
  • FMCG experience, preferably in food manufacturing
