About Digital Waffle
Digital Waffle is a small, family-run business that specializes in fishing tackle and equipment. We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, assist customers with their fishing needs, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere in the store.
- Stock Management: Maintain a well-organized store, replenish stock, and ensure displays are tidy and attractive.
- Store Maintenance: Identify tasks that need to be done around the store, such as cleaning, organizing, and other general upkeep.
- Flexible Schedule: Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and busy periods, with advance scheduling coordinated.
- Engraving Skills: If you have experience or an interest in engraving, that's a plus. We also offer engraving services, and your skills would be valuable in this area.
What We're Looking For:
- Interest in Fishing: A passion for or knowledge of fishing would be great, as you'll be helping customers with their fishing-related queries.
- Self-Motivation: You must be able to manage your time independently and take initiative without constant supervision.
- Reliability: Flexibility and reliability are key. You'll need to be available for weekend work and able to adjust your schedule based on the store's needs.
- Engraving Experience: Not essential, but a bonus if you have skills or a keen interest in engraving.
