Nouvo Recruitment is looking for a skilled Conveyancing Administrator to join our team.


Job Overview:



  • Assist with the preparation of client care packs and guide new clients through property transaction processes.
  • Obtain land registry documents and draft Contract packs for sale.
  • Keep agents and mortgage brokers updated on case progress.
  • Download, save, and provide Mortgage Offer packs for checking and reporting.
  • Liaise with clients regarding ID verification and monies on account.
  • Handle the submission of Land Registry applications and update spreadsheets.
  • Prepare Bills and maintain up-to-date spreadsheets for TM and HS.
  • Support conveyancers with exchange and completion correspondence.

Requirements:



  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
