About the Role:

CareTech UK is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team on a bank basis. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs, enabling them to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with autism, learning disabilities, mental health illness, and neurological conditions
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless service delivery
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
