About the TeamThe finance team plays a pivotal role in steering our financial strategy and ensuring sustainable growth.

Our mission is to empower the company with accurate, timely, and insightful financial information to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning.
About the RoleAs a Financial Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely management reporting to assist business stakeholders.
You will produce month end and year end journals, prepare management accounts, and analyse financial information to assist business profitability and growth.
You will also produce financial statements including P&L accounts, cash flows, variance analysis, and board packs.
Additionally, you will ensure compliance with all financial regulations, lead, manage, and develop a small finance team, and review accounting/business processes and practices to improve where necessary.
You will work closely with the US subsidiary as the main point of contact.
Candidate RequirementsWe are looking for a candidate with previous experience in ecommerce management accounts or similar industry.
Qualified or Part-Qualified ACCA / CIMA / ACA or Finalist Level is required.
You should have a demonstrable track record in a high-growth e-commerce business.
Excellent analytical skills and strong commercial acumen are essential.
Familiarity with ERP systems and expert user of MS Excel is required.
You should have a proactive, structured, and disciplined approach to work.
Ability to identify and support ad hoc project requirements is necessary.
Excellent attention to detail, communication, and relationship-building skills are required.
