About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our Supported Living Service in Louth. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning and/or sensory disabilities to live independently and fulfill their potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with learning and/or sensory disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements
