About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Property Lister to join our team at Spicerhaart. As a Property Lister, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, building strong relationships with vendors, and generating new and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business.
  • Gain new instructions for properties to market.
  • Market properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills.
  • Complete contracts on properties.
  • Upsell additional products.
  • Prepare brochures for each property with photos and written descriptions.
  • Canvass the local area.
  • Door knocking and leaflet dropping.
  • Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle.
  • Experience as an estate agent ready to take the next step in their career.
  • Ability to work well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
  • Supporting your manager by helping to lead the team.
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work under own initiative.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Strong IT skills (basic Microsoft packages).
  • Strong attention to detail.
