Job Title: Social Media Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to join our team at ADLIB Recruitment | B Corp®. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement and growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with client goals and objectives
  • Manage and create high-quality social media content, including posts, tweets, and Instagram stories
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track engagement and growth
  • Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and roll out strategic social media campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management and copywriting
  • Proven track record of creating engaging social media content and growing social media audiences
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective features
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
