Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every interaction exceeds customer expectations.
  • Contribute to daily and weekly store targets during the peak trading period.

  • Adhere to store retail housekeeping, health & safety, and security standards.
  • Make stores peak ready by supporting visual merchandising changes and stock management.
  • Familiarize yourself with company procedures for receiving, checking, unpacking deliveries, actioning stock movements, and replenishment processes.
