Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our Woking Knaphill nursery team. The successful candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a proven track record of driving success.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership: Inspire and motivate your team to deliver high-quality childcare and education.
• Quality Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements in educational programs and operational procedures to ensure the highest standards.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and maintain a secure environment for children.
• Financial Management: Oversee the budget and resources effectively to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery.
• Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents, staff, and the local community to promote a collaborative and supportive environment.
