Job Title: Senior Compliance Officer

JD Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead compliance audits to ensure adherence to relevant regulations, including PCI DSS.
  • Conduct investigations and subject access requests with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management Office to ensure compliance for new and existing projects.
  • Complete data protection impact assessments and provide security oversight of those completed by the wider business.

What We're Looking For:

  • Complete vendor risk management assessments in line with ICO guidelines.
  • Respond to ticketing system requests and investigate access requests.
  • Investigate, analyze, and implement measures to prevent future occurrences upon notification of phishing attempts.
  • Manage the ticket queue and respond to requests.
