Senior HR Advisor Role

We are partnering with a public sector organisation in Northumberland to fill a dynamic and vital role within their HR Central Services division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advice on HR matters such as performance management, payroll policies, and absence management
  • Collaborate with the HR Advisor to help them grow their knowledge and role
  • Assist with the implementation of a new HR system and support its development
  • Promote wellbeing and diversity and equality policies
  • Perform generalist HR duties as needed
