Trade Counter Assistant

HOURS:

Eurocell Group PLC is a leading company in the building industry, offering a wide range of uPVC products.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Trade Counter Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and filed correctly.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date with new products and services offered by Eurocell Group PLC.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
