We are seeking an EDI & Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team at Worcestershire County Council. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our staff and communities.
The Role:
You will be responsible for coordinating and administering our equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) workstreams, as well as providing support for colleague wellbeing. You will work closely with our EDI Lead and other teams to develop and implement strategies that promote fairness and inclusivity throughout the organisation.
No prior experience in EDI or wellbeing is necessary, but a good understanding of key issues and a willingness to learn are essential. We offer full guidance and training to support your development and ensure you can make a positive impact.
